Eric C. Garrabrant is an Attorney at Law who concentrates his practice on real estate based, chancery, and commercial litigation, as well as land use and planning law. He also represents buyers and sellers in commercial and residential real estate transactions, and assists both borrowers and lenders in foreclosure actions. Mr. Garrabrant is the former municipal prosecutor, litigation attorney and conflict counsel for the City of Wildwood, New Jersey, is a former member of the Supreme Court of New Jersey’s District I Fee Arbitration Committee, and has been named “Top 40 Under 40” by both Real Estate New Jersey and NJBiz magazines.

Mr. Garrabrant has successfully litigated landmark cases in the fields of property loss insurance coverage, foreclosure defense and the uniform commercial code, has appeared as a panelist at the New Jersey Builders Association Convention, and is a member of the Cape May County Bar Association.
